  • Country of residence (which we need to know for our own administrative purposes for VAT calculation). This will not, however, affect the fee payable.
  • Other contact and personal details (which you are only asked to provide on an optional basis and is requested to help us to give you the best possible service);
  • Your E-card history, including names, email addresses and birthdays of E-card recipients and the messages you sent them.
  • Please note that we do not request any credit/debit card details from you. All payments are processed by our third party agents, Worldpay or PayPal via their secure servers.

Although it is not compulsory to give us all of this information, if you do not then we may not be able to provide you with the full range of services the Site has to offer.

We may use this information in order to:

  • Enable you to download our E-cards and to notify you of when your E-card has been sent;
  • Register you as a Member of the Site;
  • Identify you as a Member of the Site when you log in;
  • Send you information about our products and services from time to time e.g. Membership newsletters, notifying you of new E-cards available on the Site or any new features/services;
  • To send you birthday or event reminders for special dates inputted by you;
  • Verify your identity where necessary;
  • To enable you to view and manage your E-card history (where applicable);
  • Carry out marketing analysis and make general improvements to our Site;
  • Obtain your views or comments on the services we provide;
  • Otherwise to communicate with you in the course of operating the Site and providing our services to you, in accordance with good trading practices.
  • We will NOT share this information with anyone outside of Funky Cardy Ltd (other than our subcontractors under strict confidentiality terms) without your specific permission, except:

  • as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, but we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected; and
